A Little Beat From Within

 I can only imagine what an amazing feeling it must be to be a mother for the first time. I was lucky enough to do my second maternity shoot with Miss. Brenda, who is 9 months and due any day now. She was such a trooper as we walked though Christmas Hill Park in Gilroy, CA in search a pretty backdrops to shoot in.

I met this young lady online, we exchanged numbers and one thing lead to another. We made a girl who always wears jeans and does not really own a cute dress like most girls into a modern little pin-up. What an adventure we had and these are the photos we took.

Sunny Tuesday Shopping

Finally the rain has stopped and the sun has come out, feels like spring is on it's way. I decided to take my camera and head out for a walk today. I stopped by the local thrift shop in search of a new outfit for the next shoot and came across this beautiful black dress, as soon as I find a model I will post up photos from the shoot.

LSBP meets Ivo Flores

Today's shoot was rather splendid, I got a chance to meet up with a high school classmate(Ivo Flores), who in fact is a very artistic fella. We met up at about noon and he painted till about three, then the shooting began soon after. I am pretty excited to see the finished photos and should be posting some soon, so until then this sneak peak will have to do.

Being that today is such a lovely day, so sunny, fresh and colorful; we begin the documenting of our shoots. There are so many that have passed since the shop open for business that we might have to go back and post some of our previous sessions.  I am excited for what the year has in store for us, the warmer the climate gets, the more I look forward to shooting out in the open fields, visiting car shows, walking around with gals in fancy dresses and high heels and  being able to wear my camera around my neck and capture every bit it.
